Delta Dialogues is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of New Jersey in February 2025 (Certificate #0451236842). We are organized and operated exclusively for exempt purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including educational, scientific, literary, and charitable purposes.

Our mission is to create spaces for conversations that positively challenge, connect, and inspire, by engaging top thought leaders, change-makers, and practitioners across important fields, including technology and health.

As a nonprofit, Delta Dialogues does not engage in political campaigns or substantial lobbying activities, and no part of our earnings benefits any private individual.
